Romeo is, according to Tom Price, highly respected gypsy
breeder, the finest palomino cob he has seen in his
lifetime . Clonnoneen Mull of
Kintyre aka 'Romeo' is our world-renowned
ten year old palomino stallion, direct from Clononeen in Ireland. A fine example of the smaller
lines of Gypsy Vanners, Romeo is at home in a
variety of disciplines. And while his equitation
skills are wonderful and he's a truly willing mover,
Romeo excels in the Combined Driving Events and the
Horse Driving Trials, having won the overall
Marathon phase of the Nature Coast Horse Driving
Trial held at the Black Prong Equestrian Center in
Bronson, Florida.
Romeo is Gold Cup Nominated; he is one-of-a-kind and
generously shares his best with his foals.
We only offer a limited number of breedings of Romeo
to approved mares each year. His sweet temperament,
loving attitude, and willingness to please make him
an absolute pleasure to own and Romeo's offspring
appear to receive those special traits of his.
During a recent event at The Kentucky Horse Park in
Lexington, KY, our groom was brushing Romeo's
feathers out prior to a Class when a visitor stopped
by to admire this beautiful horse. The visitor
remarked that it wasn't often that a gelding would
stand so willingly still to allow his feet and legs
to be groomed...and almost fainted when informed
that Romeo was a stallion!
